The Association of Electronics Companies in Moldova (ACEM) is looking for a company or a consortium of companies to organize and manage two days events the „Moldova Electronics Forum 2023”, „Industrial Suppliers & Engineering Forum 2023”, „Engineering Career Fair 2023”, organized on May 11-12, 2023.

The objective of the assignment is to provide specialized technical support and photo/video services for the „Moldova Electronics Forum 2023”, „Industrial Suppliers & Engineering Forum 2023”, and „Engineering Career Fair 2023”, May 11-12, 2023.
The event will take place at Tekwill, Imaginarium Conference room, Front End and Back End rooms, Chisinau, Studentilor street, 9/11.
Duration of the contract: 10.04.2023 – 15.06.2023
The tender is open to private companies, public institutions, non-government organizations, professional associations, or consortia, residents in the Republic of Moldova, established and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. For a consortium, a cooperation agreement should be included in the technical offer.
Offers must be written in English or Romanian.
Proposals must be submitted in two parts, consisting of:
Part 1: Technical offer, that should describe in detail how the Offeror intends to carry out the Term of Reference (ToR) for the development of requested deliverables
Part 2: Financial offer, detailed budget expressed in Moldovan Lei, VAT 0.
Bids evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer.

Applications shall be delivered in sealed envelopes (physical form), showing the tender number (no. 01/24032023) and subject on it: „Event management organization company - Company Name”, to the address of ACEM (MD-2069, Chișinău, Calea Ieșilor street, 17/2, 4th floor) not later than April 04, 2023, 17:00.
Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications, will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered. ACEM retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
