RFP # RFP-2023-072-Mod 2 For the provision of design, development, and deployment of a mobile application for citizen's interactions with Government and Governmental Agencies

The Moldova Future Technologies Activity (FTA) is a program funded by USAID and Sweden, and implemented by Chemonics International INC. Washington Sucursala Chisinau. The goal of FTA is to enhance the competitiveness of Moldovan transformative sectors, including light manufacturing, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), precision engineering, creative industries, and digital media production, and to improve the country’s integration with Western markets in these sectors.

As part of this partnership, FTA will assist eGA with the to design, development, and deployment a mobile-based system that provides citizens access to a range of government services and information. 

The purpose of this RFP is to seek an ICT company (the offeror) to create a mobile application for Android and iOS platforms, including the required backend application.

This modification no. 2 is needed to: 1) update required key experts and minimum qualifications requirements; 2) Update Deliverable 5 description in the Scope of Work; 3) Extend the proposal due date.

The following calendar summarizes updated dates in the solicitation process. Offerors must strictly follow these deadlines.
