UNICEF Moldova invites interested companies to submit their quotations for renovation works at Cahul and Ungheni Health Centers (five washrooms).
Please find detailed description of the works in the RFQ document published at https://sc.undp.md/tnddetails_un2/2739/.
To apply, the following documents should be submitted before the deadline:
- Filled and signed Quotation Form (pages 1-4 of this document), with offer lump sum provided, in MDL, without VAT
- Filled Forms 1-8 included in the Annexes C and E enclosed into the RFQ document published at https://sc.undp.md/tnddetails_un2/2739/
