RFQ/MOL/CO/25/025 – Certified Language Training with Learning Kits & Optional Childcare

NRC invites legally registered training providers or educational institutions in the Republic of Moldova to submit quotations for:

• Delivery of certified English and Romanian language courses for refugee and vulnerable host community youth (ages 15–35), via in-person, hybrid, or online formats.
• Provision of learning kits for all participants.
• Provision of childcare services during course hours for in-person participants with dependent children (optional but preferred).
