UNICEF Moldova invites interested companies to submit their proposals for a Communication campaign to support the ongoing promotion of Bebbo parenting app in Moldova.
The overall goal of this campaign is to continue the promotion of Bebbo app among would-be parents and caregivers of children under 6 years of age, in order to reach 30K downloads in the first year of the campaign, having a retention rate of 80% or higher.
Objectives:
- As a result of this 6 months campaign, the Bebbo app to reach 15,000 more downloads in Moldova (reaching 25, 000 downloads in total – since the official launch – with the goal to reach 30,000 until May 2024);
- To increase commitment of the involved ministries and partners to support and implement the promotion activities on the importance of the App;
- To galvanize support from partners – corporate, parenting groups, education, and healthcare experts;
- To reach at least 10 media mentions during the campaign, and have at least 3 engaged influencers who would constantly mention about the Bebbo app on their profiles;
- In 6 months of the current campaign, the app to reach at least 10,000 new parents via practitioners, home visiting nurses, community health mediators, nursery workers and pre-school teachers
Qualifications and experience:
For submission of proposals, the selected agency must comply with the following requirements and present the necessary documents:
- Demonstrated experience in designing and conducting multi-media communication campaigns at the country level including development and deployment of appropriate media products across multiple platforms and channels.
- Contractor must be an experienced PR & communication agency, with at least 5 years of presence on the market and relevant experience.
- Prior positive experience of working with UNICEF/ UN is an asset.
- Contractor must guarantee timely delivery of products.
- Contractor must have the ability to work under pressure and be flexible enough to adjust to UNICEF’s needs and expectations.

Proposals should be submitted in 2 separate e-mails: Technical Proposal and Request for Proposal for Services Form (page 3 of the LRPS-2023-9182275) in one e-mail and another separate e-mail for the Price Proposal.
