UNICEF Moldova invites interested Companies to submit their proposals for Event Management support in organizing 9 events (9 seminars in 5 days, different locations) to raise awareness on the importance of breastfeeding 

UNICEF Moldova is looking for a national company to organize 9 seminars for pregnant, non-breastfeeding mothers, breastfeeding mothers between 31 July - 4 August. Five seminars will take place in Chisinau (daily between 31 July - 4 August). One seminar will take place in each of these cities: Balti, Ungheni, Causeni and Drochia (between 31 July - 4 August, the exact dates TBC).

 

Purpose of the assignment

To ensure the event management support for conducting 9 seminars (5 days) for up to 80 (Chisinau)/ 30 (other localities) participants each. The events will take place in Chisinau, Balti, Ungheni, Causeni and Drochia.

 

Objectives of the assignment

• Rent a conference hall for 80 people/30people, for the seminars
• Organize one coffee break/day for 80/30 participants
• Ensure water for participants
• Prepare and distribute participant kits (notebook, pen with logos, fliers) for 520 participants
• Design and print 1000 fliers (500 in RO and 500 in RU) with logos
• Register the participants- paper registration
• Print and collect feedback forms from participants
• Cover fee for trainers (2 per event), including contract for service delivery- trainers are identified by UNICEF (will not exceed 1500 MDL net per trainer)
• Pick-up roll-up from UNICEF (850x2000mm) and install it at the event location
• Provide organisational support during and after the event
• Design services/ promotional materials in Romanian/Russian language (Facebook, Instagram)
• Photo/video services

Qualifications and experience 

• Extended experience in organization and implementation of seminars/ trainings/ workshops events.
• Ability to deliver good products in short terms and work under pressure.
• Flexibility in responding to the needs of the UNICEF team.
