UNICEF Moldova invites interested companies to submit their offers for conducting a Communication Campaign - Education for Every Child in Moldova.

Objectives of the assignment: 

Objective 1. Improve demand and uptake of available enrollment and learning opportunities for Ukraine refugee children in Moldova

Objective 2. Improved public awareness of and support for inclusive education with focus on enrollment and retention of vulnerable and marginalized including Roma children, children with disabilities, and refugee children

Objective 3. Address negative perceptions and other social barriers to inclusive and quality education in Moldova including issues of stigma and discrimination, child friendly school environment, supportive parenting and community engagement and support systems with focus on vulnerable Moldovan and refugee children

Objective 4. Improve public perception of teachers and the teaching profession by repositioning the Moldovan teacher as a valued and respected professional and the teaching profession as an attractive and progressive profession.

The campaign is expected to effectively inform and engage key stakeholders and communities (inclusive of children and their families, key influencers, CSOs and other development partners) towards understanding and addressing barriers and bottlenecks.
