The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is announcing a tender for the contracting a service company or consortium of companies to support GIZ with developing and implementing a capacity development programme for selected CSOs, partners within its regional project “Strengthening Civil Society in the Eastern Partnership”.
Under this assignment it is envisaged to organize a comprehensive capacity building support for target CSOs, including but not limited to trainings, experience exchange events, coaching, peer-mentoring, expert support to CSOs to develop their internal strategies, guidelines and procedures including measures for promoting and mainstreaming gender equality.

Interested bidders are required to submit the following set of documents:
- Curriculum Vitae of the organization or consortium;
- Brief strategy for delivering the service according to the ToR
- Processes (presentation and explanation of the implementation plan, work activities, milestones, schedule etc.)
- Management of the project (approach and procedure for project coordination)
- Description of relevant implemented projects (at least 2)
- Certificates and authorizations confirming the permission to carry out the requested activities;
- Recommendation letters from previous clients (at least 3);
- Other relevant documents.
- Assignment of the personnel
- Other expenses requested in the ToR, grouped by categories
- Total financial costs related to each deliverable within ToR

Bids evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer.
