The Comunitatea Mea (CM) Program, administered by the International Research and Exchanges Board (IREX) and funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID), invites applicants to submit a proposal for the Comunitatea Mea Program Design Services to ensure the visibility of the Program activities.
PURPOSE OF THE DESIGN SERVICES
For a better implementation of the Comunitatea Mea Program AO IREX Moldova intends to subcontract a company/individual that will ensure the visibility of its activities. The company/ individual will provide design services within the Comunitatea Mea Program Program, as well as other activities related to the implementation of the Program.
EXPERIENCE AND PAST PERFORMANCE OF THE CANDIDATE
- Proven graphic designing experience
- Capacity to deliver under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with design software and technologies
- Excellent communication skills
PROPOSAL CONTENT
The proposal package will comprise the following documents in English or Romanian:
1. Technical Proposal.
The Technical Proposal should include the following documents:
- Company/ individual Portfolio with samples of relevant works, including CVs of designer or designers.
- Copy of the Registration Certificate or Decision of the Registration of the company (Certificat de Înregistrare eliberat de Agenția Servicii Publice sau Decizia de Înregistrare) / or CV in case of individuals.
2. Proposal Submission Form (Annex II).
3. Financial Proposal Form (Annex III).
4. Experience and Past Performance Form (Annex IV)
