Diaconia announces a contest for the selection of an international expert for consultation in the development of the implementation mechanism of the Law on the food loss and waste prevention

The Religious Institution Social Mission “Diaconia” of Bessarabian Metropolitan announces a contest for the selection of an international expert for consultation in the development of the implementation mechanism of the Law on the food loss and waste prevention, within the project “Partnerships for inclusive and resilient social canteen services”

Purpose: Contribute to the elaboration of the related framework of the Law in order to prevent food loss and waste and foster food donation in the Republic of Moldova.

The contest’s conditions:

The technical offer should comprise all the specifications from Annex 1_ToR – contracting; international consultant and be filled in as in the chart from Annex 2_Technical offer;

The financial offer should be filled in as in the chart from Annex 3_Financial offer;

Deadline for receiving the offers – 30.03.2023, inclusively.

!!!There will be taken into consideration the offers coming from international experts with experience in the activity of the European Food Banks Federation.

Method of sending the offers:

– the offers will be sent to the e-mail address – office@diaconia.md with the mention „International expert for consultation in the development of the implementation mechanism of the Law on the food loss and waste prevention”.
