INVITATION to Multiple Framework Agreement for Catering Services
Dear Sir / Madam,
Hereby, the EU funded Project “Strategic Communication and Support to Mass‐Media” is pleased to invite your company to take part in the call for offer of above Multiple Framework Agreement for services. The complete tender dossier is attached to this invitation. It includes:
1. Invitation to framework
2. Draft Multiple Framework Agreement, including Special and General conditions 3. Annex I Framework Specifications
4. Annex III Price Table (to be completed by the economic operator)
5. Annex IV Draft Order Form
6. Annex V Declaration of honour (to be completed by the economic operator) 7. Annex VI Administrative compliance grid.

Procedure of selection applied: According to the Framework procedures, eligible bidders will be selected. The Project will conclude FWA with selected bidders primary according to technical administrative qualifications and subsequently by financial offers. For specific tasks under the scope of the Technical Specifications, the Project will open mini-competitions between the selected companies taken into consideration specific organization of events necessities. Prices for these specific competitions will consequently be negotiated.
All documentation should be provided in English, prices should be presented in Euro with VAT 0%. Any questions related to the agreement should be asked in written in English. Deadline for queries from service providers: 11.06.2024
Deadline for Project to issue answers to queries: 12.06.2024
Deadline for receiving your tender dossier: 13.06.2024

Offers have to be sent to the following functional mailbox europecafe@eu4moldova.eu and anastasia.chistol@eu4moldova.eu with the requirements specified in the tender procedure file (including CV of responsible-contact point for this assignment, portfolio (examples of performed services/list with links), registration certificate (for legal entities), three references).
