🔵The Government of the Republic of Moldova has received financing from the World Bank(Bank) toward the cost of the Moldova Emergency COVID-19 Response Project – AdditionalFinancing and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract forProcurement of Biplanar Angiography Systems.
🔵The Ministry of Health now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of 2(two) Biplanar Angiography Systems to be delivered in the Republic of Moldova withinmaximum of 4 months from the date of contract signature.
🔵 Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Requestfor Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPFBorrowers” dated July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“ProcurementRegulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

The bidding document in English language may be obtained by interested Bidders upon thesubmission of a written application to the e-mail address below. The document will be sent bye-mail in .pdf format.
⚠️ Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before September 27, 2023, 11:00 hrs. (localtime). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will bepublicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone whochooses to attend at the address below on September 27, 2023, 11:00 hrs. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
