UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites interested companies to submit their bids for:
Event management support in organizing initial trainings for 920 institutional mentors
Qualified companies are invited to submit their proposals by email to chisinautenders@unicef.org, with ITB number LIBS-2024-9192953 in the email subject line.
Application deadline: 16.10.2024, 23:59
The submission shall include the following:
- One e-mail for price bid and other relevant technical information
- Invitation to Bid for Services Form filled and signed. (Pages 3-5) (By answering YES to the Declaration statements it means the company has NOT been charged with actions listed, and vice-versa.
- All bid documents included in the submission email, no external links.
- Proposals are clearly marked with the ITB number: LIBS-2024-9192953 in the email title.
- Validity period of the bid - at least 120 days.
- Proposal sent to the official tender e-mail address: chisinautenders@unicef.org, no other UNICEF e-mails in cc.
