CERERE DE OFERTA
LICITAȚIE NR-06 FY23 „Invitație pentru prezentarea ofertei de preț pentru procurarea „Chirie Auto”.
World Vision Moldova caută furnizori de servicii care să poată oferi cea mai eficientă soluție din punct de vedere al costurilor, cu o înaltă calitate a performanței și durabilității pentru achiziția „Chirie Auto”.
Furnizorul va depune oferta de servicii conform Cererii de ofertă anexată, furnizorul selectat va fi contractat pentru o perioadă inițială de un (1) an, și poate fi reînnoită ulterior pentru încă un (1) an, sub rezerva evaluării satisfăcătoare a performanţă.
Din acest motiv, WVM invită toate entitățile potențiale să depună ofertele și toată documentația necesară până la 16.01.2023 ora 17.00:
1. Furnizarea unei copii certificate a înregistrării afacerii.
2. Furnizarea unei copii a licențelor,
3. Acordați și semnați „Codul de conduită: (anexat);
4 Trimiteți formularul model de înregistrare a furnizorului" (anexat).
Ofertele trebuie depuse:
1 - Doar prin e-mail la această adresă: urmd_t@wvi.org
2 - Ofertele/ aplicațiile primite la alte adrese de e-mail, altele decât urmd_t@wvi.org și după termenul limită, nu vor fi acceptate.
3 - Furnizorii/Furnizorii de servicii care nu respectă documentele cerute de preselecție pot rezulta să nu fie luați în considerare pentru comparație ulterioară.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TENDER NO-06 FY23 "Invitation for presenting the offer for of “Car Rental".
World Vision Moldova is seeking service providers that can offer the most cost-efficient solution with a high quality of performance and sustainability for the delivering of “Car rental".
The supplier shall submit the offer for the services as per attached Request for Quotation, the selected supplier will be contracted for an initial period of one (1) year, and renewable thereafter for another one (1) year, subject to the satisfactory evaluation of performance.
For this reason, WVM invites all potential entities to submit the offers and all documentation required till 16.01.2023,17.00:
1. Providing a certified copy of business registration.
2. Providing a copy of the registration certificate and licenses (NIPT/Licenses);
3. Agree and sign the "Code of conduct: (attached);
4 Submit the supplier registration template" form (attached).
Offers should be submitted:
1 - Only via email at this address: urmd_t@wvi.org
2 - Offers/applications received in other email addresses other than urmd_t@wvi.org and after the deadline will not be accepted.
3 - Suppliers/Service providers that fail to comply with the preselection required documents can result not to be considered for further comparison.
