Accounting and Bookkeeping services for NRC office in Moldova

The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites your company to submit an offer for high-quality accounting services in accordance with local accounting principles and Moldova legislation, as detailed in Annex No 1 – Terms of reference.  

 

Manner of submission: 

• By email to the dedicated and secured email address: tenders@nrc.no (offers received on other email addresses will not be considered)

Requirements: 

• All enquires and questions should be addressed to the email given in the RFQ details section. All questions and answers will be shared with all the suppliers.
• NRC reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of your proposal based on the information provided. Incomplete proposals which do not comply with our conditions will not be considered.

Valid Proposals must include as a minimum requirement: 

Filled and signed RFQ.

Copy of company’s recent Extras.

Tax certificate regarding the lack of debts towards the State (only for awarded supplier)

Signed Annex 1 – Terms of references

Signed Annex 2 – Supplier’s Ethical standards declaration.

Detailed Curriculum Vitae of the company key employees providing the service to NRC.

Copies of the professional certifications in accounting and finance of the company key employees providing the service to NRC

Deadline for submission of offers is 21 February 2024, end of the day.
