OPTIM Project Phase II (Opportunities through Technologies and Innovation in Moldova) is a project of the Swiss Government, implemented by Helvetas in Moldova. The overall goal of this RFQ is to engage an external auditing company to perform auditing of HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Zurich Sucursala Chisinau for OPTIM Project Phase II.
The Financial Information of the project shall be audited in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA 805) “Special Considerations Audits of Single Financial Statements and Specific Elements, Accounts or Items of a Financial Statement”.

Offers must be submitted in hard copy format only. Offers must be submitted using the double envelope system: the outer parcel or envelope shall be marked as: External audit of HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Zurich Sucursala Chisinau project OPTIM, Reference No: 3Q0032023. This shall contain two separate, sealed envelopes, one bearing the words ‘Technical Offer’ and the other ‘Financial offer’
