Invitation to Participate in the Procurement Procedure (extended deadline)

Non-profit organization "Asociația Obștească Asociația Producătorilor și Exportatorilor de Legume din Moldova" invites specialized companies to participate in the public tender for the procurement of ONION Specialized Equipment ( leaf cutting, onion lifting, and onion loading equipment), based on the Grant Agreement dated 26.02.2025, ref/ LVGA no. 00129027, signed in the frame of AdTrade Project Phase III - LVGA Micro-cluster Moldova Vegetables Lower Nistru 02 - Increasing the export capacity of the Lower Nistru vegetable cluster, within the Micro-clusters/ AdTrade Project III Program, implemented through the project "Developing export capacities on both banks of the Nistru River."

2. Application dossier must contain:

Financial Offer – must include the product's name, unit of measurement, quantity, price, and total amount at 0% VAT.

Technical Offer – must include a description of the proposed products and technical specifications as requested in the Terms of Reference. Additionally, photos or a link with the product's image, delivery time, warranty period, and any other required documents according to the Terms of Reference must be provided.

Application dossier must be submitted by 24.03.2025, at 18:00 to the email address legumenistrene@gmail.com, with the subject "Offer for Onion Specialized Equipment."

Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
